About me
I’m a mom to three wonderful kids who keep life beautifully messy and full of laughter. I feel most at home in nature, grounded by the earth, restored by movement, and soothed by music and simple moments of connection. After twelve years of marriage and years of travel, I’ve learned to find beauty and resilience in unexpected places.
My work as a doula led me to witness over two hundred births and teach prenatal classes for six years. Those experiences showed me the power of presence, tenderness, and trust during life’s most transformative moments. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural next step, allowing me to continue walking alongside people as they navigate fertility, birth, postpartum, grief, and the deep work of becoming.
I see life as both sacred and messy, and I meet it with gratitude, curiosity, and a deep belief in our capacity to heal and begin again.
At my core, I want to create a space where others can feel safe to show up exactly as they are, no matter their story, their journey, or how they identify. Everyone deserves a place where they can exhale, belong, and be met with kindness.
How I work
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship, when we feel safe enough to show up as our full, authentic selves and be met with empathy, curiosity, and compassion.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent ten years as a birth and postpartum doula, supporting hundreds of families through the rawness and beauty of bringing new life into the world. That experience deeply shaped the way I show up in the therapy room: attuned, grounded, and unafraid of the complex intersections of trauma, identity, loss, and love.
I work through a trauma-informed lens where I integrate psychodynamic, humanistic, feminist, and systemic approaches, drawing on AEDP and somatic practices to help clients reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom. Whether we’re exploring early attachment wounds, navigating relationship struggles, or making sense of perinatal and reproductive experiences, my goal is to help you move toward wholeness, not by fixing what’s “broken,” but by uncovering what’s true and resilient within you.
I’m particularly passionate about supporting:
Parents and birthing people navigating identity shifts, grief, or trauma
Couples working to rebuild trust, connection, and intimacy
Individuals healing from religious trauma
Individuals who are part of the LGBTQ+ community
People navigating systemic oppression or difficult family dynamics
I am especially passionate about creating a space where all people feel seen, affirmed, and safe, including those within the LGBTQ+ community and anyone navigating the pain of religious trauma.
Whoever you are, and wherever you find yourself on your journey, you are welcome here.
